Terms of Service
These Terms apply to Video Bookmark, Bookmark Catalog, and Video Bookmark Light, developed and sold by Takeshi Mikami.
Products
The products are pre-made downloadable Windows software. They are not consulting, custom software development, or customization services.
License
Each paid license is a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the purchaser. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, one license may be activated on up to two devices at a time.
Trial versions
Video Bookmark and Video Bookmark Light may be used free of charge for up to five saved bookmarks. Bookmark Catalog may be opened free of charge up to five times.
Software requirements
Video Bookmark requires VLC media player 64-bit. Bookmark Catalog requires Video Bookmark v4.15 and VLC media player 64-bit. Video Bookmark Light requires MPC-BE 64-bit and FFmpeg. These third-party applications are not included unless explicitly stated.
Updates
Updates released for the same product may be used with the existing license without repurchase.
Prohibited use
You may not resell, sublicense, publish, distribute, or share license keys with third parties.
Compatibility
Compatibility with every codec, file, device, or future operating-system configuration cannot be guaranteed.
Payments
Payments, tax handling, receipts, and license delivery are processed by Lemon Squeezy where applicable.
