General policy
Because access to the digital product and license key is provided immediately after purchase, sales are generally final once delivery has occurred, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Cases we will review
Please contact us for duplicate charges, failure to receive a purchased license, or a material technical problem that prevents the software from functioning as described and cannot be resolved through reasonable support.
How to request a refund
Email videobookmark.support@gmail.com with your order email address and order number. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy.
